1. What form of payment is accepted?
   
   We only accept payments from VISA or MASTERCARD credit card and debit card payments.
   
   
   
2. How do I track my order?
   
   Once your order is received and shipping has been done, your tracking number will be sent to you via email. If no tracking number is sent to you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
   
   
   
3. How do I cancel my order?
   
   Once a purchase is made, we do not accept any order cancellation and no refunds will be made as all sales are final.
   
   
   
4. Can I change the product purchased?
   
   As sales are final, no amendments can be made to the ordered product. Therefore, please ensure that all products are correctly purchased.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

1. Will the sold-out product be restocked?
   
   Unfortunately, no. Since our products are produced in a limited number of stocks, the sold-out products will not be restocked.

 

2. How do I select my size
   
   You may refer to the size chart that is provided in the product description of each design.

 

3. Are the products sold unisex?
   
   Yes, all of the products produced by SVG Worldwide are unisex. However, please refer to the size chart provided before the purchase of the product.
