RETURN
Within 7 days of purchase, you may return unwanted items bought in-store, but it is necessary to present the original receipt for the purchased items.
Please keep in mind that items purchased from the SVG Worldwide store can only be returned to that specific store, and the store does not accept returns for online purchases.
REFUND
We have a strict policy of not offering any kind of refunds.
Damage, Defect or Missing Order we will refund.
EXCHANGES
While we do not reserve specific stock for exchanges, if you desire to exchange your item, you can follow this policy by returning the original purchase, subject to availability.
Afterward, you can proceed to submit a new order online or make a purchase in-store.
